What does leadership mean to you?
Leadership to me means uplifting people through collaboration and helping for strength, union, and love to permeate through a community.
What experience—big or small—has made a surprising impact on you? One morning in 6th grade, I told my dad that I was going to go to a local track and run 10 miles. 40 laps later, I realized that I enjoyed running, which would eventually evolve into me falling in love with sprinting.
What’s a value or principle you try to live by?
Do everything with intention. Act with purpose and in the spirit of good. If you carry yourself through life with truth and dignity, good things will follow.
What’s something about you that might surprise people?
When I was in middle school, I got pretty good at solving a gear cube. I never competed with it, but could consistently solve it in under 10 seconds. I also have been creating art my whole life.
