Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and placed 12th in the 400-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 56.73 seconds (May 4).... Competed at the NESCAC Championships and placed 11th in the 110-meter hurdles in a career-best time of 15.86 seconds (April 27).... Placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles in 16.03 seconds and sixth in the 400-meter hurdles in 57.16 seconds at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Helped the Batex 4x400 relay team take fourth place in 3:23.83 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).... Finished sixth in the 400-meter hurdles in 57.66 seconds at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29-30).... Took second in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:00.50 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championships and placed 13th in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.64 seconds (Feb. 25).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team take fourth place in 3:27.46 and finished in seventh place in the 55-meter hurdles in 8.15 seconds at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:22.73 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Placed fifth in the 60-meter hurdles with a prelims time of 8.61 seconds, good for a personal record, and a finals time of 8.82 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Placed third in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.93 seconds at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).... Helped the 4x400 relay team finish fifth in 3:31.22 and finished third individually in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.90 seconds at the Joe Donahue Games (Dec. 8, 2023).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the NESCAC Championships and placed 17th in the 400-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 58.75 seconds (April 29).... Finished runner-up in the 110-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 16.47 seconds and third in the 400-meter hurdles in 59.52 seconds at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles (59.26) and fifth in the 110-meter hurdles in 16.86 seconds at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Took fifth in both the 110-meter hurdles (16.97) and the 400-meter hurdles (59.27) at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Ran a career-best time of 8.99 seconds in the prelims and took sixth place in 9.16 seconds in the finals of the 60-meter hurdles at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 18).... Achieved a personal-best in the long jump with a leap of 19-2.5 (5.85m) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Placed third in the 60-meter hurdles in 9.12 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).... Helped Bates take second in the 4x400 relay in 3:34.32 at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 14).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Finished fourth in the 110-meter hurdles (wind aided 16.12 seconds) and eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:00.85) at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Finished second in the 400-meter hurdles (1:00.78) at the Bates Quad Meet (April 2).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates finish eighth in the 4x400 relay in 3:29.79 at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 25-26).... Helped Bates finish third in the 4x400 relay (3:41.46) and took seventh in the 60-meter hurdles (9.36) at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 19).... Finished fourth in the 60-meter hurdles (season-best 9.01 seconds) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:43.76 and finished second in the 60-meter hurdles (9.24 seconds) at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 15).

2021: Did not compete in any meets as a first-year.

Personal: 2020 graduate of Barrington (R.I.) High School where he competed in track & field and rowing.
