Career: One of 92 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2024: Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed seventh in the 10,000 meters in 31:21.59 at the NESCAC Championships (April 27).... Placed fifth in the 10,000 meters in a personal-record time of 31:15.32 at the Black and Gold Invitational (March 29-30).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection..... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and placed 10th in the 5,000 meters in a personal-record time of 15:00.26 (Feb. 25).... Took second in the 5K at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational in 15:11.02 (Feb. 10).... Took second in the 5K in 15:37.69 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed seventh in the 5K at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Took fourth place in the 10K with a personal-record time of 32:10.62 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Finished fourth in the 5K with a personal-record time of 15:15.53 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 18).... Took second in the 5K in 15:32.81 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Took seventh in the 10,000 meters (season-best 32:19.42) at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Ran a season-best 5K (15:28.78) at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Won the 10,000 meters in 32:51.11 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Took third in the 5K in 15:40 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).... Finished fifth in the 3K (9:18.71) at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 15).

2021

Outdoor Highlights: Took second in the 5K in 16:43 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).

Personal: 2017 graduate of St. Patrick's High School (Kenya) where he competed in track & field and hockey.
