2025: Named a USTFCCCA Men's All-Academic Athlete.

Outdoor Highlights: Set the Bates school record in the 110-meter hurdles with his time of 14.48 seconds at the MIT Final Qualifier (May 15).... Won the New England Division III championship in the 110-meter hurdles in 14.54 seconds (May 2-3).... Earned All-NESCAC honors with a third-place showing in the 110-meter hurdles, crossing the finish line in 14.94 seconds at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Took second place in the 110-meter hurdles in 14.91 seconds and helped Bates place second in the 4x100 relay in 42.04 seconds at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Won the 110-meter hurdles in 15.04 seconds and helped Bates place second in the 4x100 relay in 44.58 seconds at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).

Indoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors in the 60-meter hurdles from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.... Set the Bates school record in the 60-meter hurdles with his winning time of 8.23 seconds at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Placed second in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.33 seconds at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Took second in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.45 seconds at Middlebury's Small College New England Invite (Jan. 26).... Won the 60-meter hurdles in 8.31 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Won the 60-meter hurdles in 8.34 seconds at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Recorded a season-best non-wind-aided time of 14.96 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles at the MIT Final Qualifier (May 16).... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and placed 10th in the 110-meter hurdles in 15.58 seconds after recording a prelims time of 15.36 seconds (May 4).... Earned All-NESCAC honors with a second-place showing in the 110-meter hurdles, crossing the finish line in the final in 15.04 seconds at the NESCAC Championships (April 27).... Won the 110-meter hurdles in 15.17 seconds at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Placed second in the 110-meter hurdles in 15.15 seconds and took fifth place in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:00.17 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).... Ran season-best times of 59.26 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles and 14.85 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).... Won the 110-meter hurdles in 15.69 seconds and helped the Bates 4x100 relay team take second place in 43.52 seconds at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and placed seventh in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.44 seconds after recording a prelims time of 8.35 seconds (Feb. 25).... Placed third in the 55-meter hurdles in 7.74 seconds at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Finished in second place in a school-record time of 8.29 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Won the 60-meter hurdles in 8.66 seconds at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).
