Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed 10th in the 100-meter dash in 11.92 seconds and took 13th in the 200 meters in 24.33 seconds at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed fifth in the 60-meter dash with a career-best time of 7.30 seconds and took fourth in the 200-meter dash in 23.45 seconds at the Colby Invitational (Feb. 17).... Took second in the 400 meters in 52.95 seconds at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place sixth in 3:30.37 and ran a career-best time of 23.39 seconds in the 200 meters at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Placed seventh in the 400 meters in 53.32 seconds and finished eighth in the 60-meter dash with a prelims time of 7.38 and a finals time of 7.72 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Helped the 4x400 relay team place fifth in 3:31.22 at the Joe Donahue Games (Dec. 8, 2023).

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:30.61 and place second in the 4x100 relay in 43.23 seconds at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Ran a season-best 400 meters in 52.13 seconds at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Placed third in the 400 meters in 53.20 seconds at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Placed eighth in the 60-meter dash in a season-best 7.52 seconds at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 18).... Took third in the 400 meters in 55.36 seconds in his collegiate debut at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 14).
