Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and placed 15th in the 10,000 meters with a personal-record time of 33:31.36 (May 2-3).... Took third in the 10,000 meters in 33:32.12 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Placed seventh in the 5,000 meters in 17:13.00 at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).... Ran a career-best time of 4:11.55 in the 1,500 meters at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Took fifth in the 3,000 meters in 9:12.81 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Placed ninth in the 5,000 meters in a personal-record time of 15:58.36 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Did not post any results during the outdoor season as a rookie for the Bobcats.

Indoor Highlights: Placed third at the Colby Invitational with a season-best time of 8:54.79 in the 3,000 meters (Feb. 17).... Took fifth in the 3,000 meters in 9:05.32 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).

Personal: 2023 graduate of Somerville (Mass.) High School) where he competed in cross country and track & field.
