2023: Team captain.

Outdoor Highlights: Competed in the 10,000 meters at the NESCAC Championships and placed seventh with a time of 31:41.74 (April 29).... Placed fifth in the 1,500 meters in a personal-record time of 4:05.03 at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Won the 5,000 meters in 15:04.72 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Won the 10,000 meters at the Bates College Quad Meet in a personal-record time of 30:46.79, the seventh fastest mark in Bates history (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Placed ninth in the 3,000 meters at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet in 8:32.71, the 10th fastest time in Bates history (March 4).... Ran the 5,000 meters in a personal-record time of 14:45.90 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 11).... Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters in 8:55.87 and fifth in the mile in 4:27.22 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Placed third in the mile in a personal-record time of 4:26.59 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors in the 10,000 meters from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.... Placed fifth in the 5000 meters (14:55.15) and third in the 10,000 meters (31:39.83) at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Won the 5000 meters in 14:57.99 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Placed ninth with a season-best time of 30:55.04 in the 10,000 meters at the Silfen Invitational (April 15-16).

Indoor Highlights: Won the 5000 meters (15:25.42) and placed third in the 3,000 meters (season-best 8:42.09) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).... Ran a career-best 5K (14:48.51) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 30).... Placed third in the 5K (15:08.73) at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 22).... Took second in the 3K in 8:55.39 at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 15).

2021: Did not compete in any track and field meets.

2020

Indoor Highlights: Ran a season-best time of 15:07.75 in the 5,000 meters at the Valentine Invitational.... Placed seventh in the 3,000 meters in a season-best time of 8:57.53 at the Maine State Meet.... Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters (8:57.66) at the Bates Invitational.
