Outdoor Highlights: Picked up All-East Region honors in both the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association..... Placed 17th out of 22 runners in the 1,500 meters at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships, racing to the finish in 3:52.40 (May 21).... Placed ninth in the 1,500 meters in a personal-record time of 3:48.13 at the MIT Final Qualifier, the second-fastest mark in Bates history (May 14).... Took eighth in the 1,5000 meters in 3:50.36 at The F.I.R.E. MEET at Williams (May 8-9).... Took seventh in the 800 meters in 1:54.17 after running a prelims time of 1:52.39 while also placing sixth in the 1,500 meters in 3:51.56 at the NESCAC Championship (April 25-26).... Won the 800 meters in 1:53.02 and placed fifth in the 1,500 meters in 3:54.24 at the Tufts Spring Stampede (April 10-11).... Took third in the 800 meters in 1:52.39 at the Amherst Spring Fling (April 4).... Finished third in the 800 meters in 1:55.94 and fifth in the 1,500 meters in 3:55.62 at the Emory Spring Break Classic (March 20-21).
Indoor Highlights: Picked up All-East Region honors in both the mile and the Distance Medley Relay from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.... Helped the Distance Medley Relay team qualify for the NCAA Championships but was unable to compete with the team at nationals due to illness.... Part of the DMR team that crossed the finish line in 9:53.43 at the Tufts "Last Chance" Meet, the third-fastest mark in Bates history (March 7).... Placed fourth individually in the mile (4:10.36) and helped the 4x800 relay team take fourth place in 7:46.18 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (March 1).... Broke the school record in the mile with his time of 4:06.73 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 13-14).... Took fifth in the 800 meters in 1:57.09 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 7).... Helped the DMR team win their race in 10:28.27 and placed second individually in the mile in 4:20.47 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 17).

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates win the NESCAC title in the 4x800 relay in 7:37.37 and took third place individually in the 800 meters in 1:51.36 at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Won the 800 meters in 1:53.96 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Took seventh in the 1,500 meters in 4:00.59 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 12).... Helped Bates place sixth in the 4x400 relay in 3:37.80 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).... Took second in the 800 meters in 1:54.95 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29).
Indoor Highlights: Earned second team All-America honors by placing 13th in the mile in 4:13.75 at the NCAA Championships (March 14-15).... Earned All-Region honors in both the Distance Medley Relay and the mile from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.... Helped the Bates Distance Medley Relay team place seventh in 9:58.01 at the Tufts Final Qualifier (March 8).... Placed second in the mile in 4:09.01 and helped Bates take fourth in the 4x800 relay in 7:46.65 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 28-March 1).... Broke the Bates record in the mile with a time of 4:07.55 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14-15).... Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 8:09.08 and took third place in the 800 meters in 1:55.10 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Took second in the mile in 4:18.60 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).

Outdoor Highlights: Placed fifth in the 1,500 meters in a career-best time of 3:52.33 at the MIT Final Qualifier (May 16).... Took sixth in the 800 meters in a personal-record and All-Region time of 1:51.04 at the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza (May 10-11).... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and took fifth in the 800 meters in 1:51.85 (May 4).... Helped the Bates 4x800 relay team win the NESCAC title in 7:41.80 and took second individually to earn All-NESCAC honors in the 800 meters in 1:52.61 at the NESCAC Championships (April 27).... Won the 800 meters in 1:52.26 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29-30).
Indoor Highlights: Ran the 1,200-meter leg of the Distance Medley Relay as the Bobcats earned All-America honors with a fourth-place finish in 9:51.53 at the NCAA Championships (March 8).... Helped the DMR team earn All-Region honors and qualify for the NCAAs in 9:52.26 at the Tufts "Last Chance" Meet (March 2).... Helped the Bates 4x800 relay team place second in 7:52.37 and took fourth place individually in the 800 meters in 1:52.93 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 25).... Won the 800 meters in 1:54.99 and helped the Bates 4x800 relay team place second in 8:17.95 at the Maine State Classic (Feb. 3).
2023
Outdoor Highlights: Placed 14th in a season-best time of 4:07.80 in the 1,500 meters at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).
Indoor Highlights: Did not compete in any indoor meets as a rookie for the Bobcats.
