Indoor Highlights: Took third in the 600 meters in 1:29.92 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:27.46 at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team take eighth place in 3:23.00 (May 4).... Placed 25th in the 400 meters in a career-best time of 52.03 seconds at the NESCAC Championships (April 27).... Helped the Bates 4x100 relay team finish in second place in 42.20 seconds at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team finish sixth in 3:37.22 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place fifth in 3:26.17 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29).... Helped Bates win the 4x100 relay in 43.07 seconds at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and helped the Distance Medley Relay team take fourth place in 10:24.09 (Feb. 25).... Won the 200 meters in 23.25 seconds and won the 400 meters in 53.14 seconds at the Colby Invitational (Feb. 17).... Ran a career-best time of 23.00 seconds in the 200 meters at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10).... Helped Bates place fourth in the 4x400 relay in 3:27.46 and took eighth place individually in the 400 meters in 52.57 seconds at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:22.73 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:33.06 and took fourth individually in the 200 meters in 23.41 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:28.86 and placed fourth individually in the 400 meters in 52.60 seconds at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).... Finished fifth in the 600 meters in a personal-record time of 1:09.28 and helped the Bates 4x400 relay take fourth place in 3:27.22 at the Joe Donahue Games Opener (Dec. 8, 2023).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Did not compete in any outdoor meets as a rookie for the Bobcats.

Indoor Highlights: Took second place in the 200 meters in 23.09 seconds and helped Bates take second in the 4x400 relay in 3:28.05 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).... Helped Bates finish fourth in the 4x400 relay in 3:35.93 and placed sixth in the 600 meters in 1:26.85 at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 14).

Why Bates? I was able to run here and it has always been a school that's been on my radar. Also, the community here is so welcoming and I really wanted to be in a positive community!
