Career: One of 89 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2023: Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Earned All-NESCAC honors as part of the 4x800 relay team, as the Bobcats placed third in 7:56.86 at the NESCAC Championships (April 29).... Finished fifth in the 800 meters in 1:57.01 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Finished fifth in the 1,500 meters in a personal-record time of 4:06.25 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Championships and recorded a personal-record time of 1:55.69 in the 800 meters (Feb. 25).... Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 8:14.20 and took fourth in the 800 meters in 2:00.05 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Won the 600 meters in 1:27.30 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates take eighth in 3:25.81 in the 4x400 relay at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Helped Bates finish sixth in 7:59.59 in the 4x800 relay at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Took seventh in the 800 meters at the Maine State Classic in a personal record time of 1:59.04 (April 23).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates take eighth in the 4x400 relay in 3:29.79 at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 25-26).... Placed second in the 600 meters at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational with a personal record time of 1:24.51 (Feb. 19).

2021

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Took second in the 800 meters (2:01.34) and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:30.12 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... No indoor season due to COVID-19.

2020

Indoor Highlights: Ran a season-best time of 1:25.05 in the 600 meters at the New England Division III Championships.... Placed fourth in the 800 meters (2:01.24) at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Ran a season-best time of 1:07.15 in the 500 meters at the Valentine Invitational.... Placed fifth in the 600 meters and helped Bates take second in the 4x400 meters (3:27.47) at the Maine State Meet.... Ran a season-best time of 52.44 in the 400 meters at the Tufts Invitational.
