2025

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and placed fifth in the 10,000 meters with a personal-record time of 32:27.71 (May 2-3).... Placed 12th in the 1,500 meters with a personal-record time of 4:06.49 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Achieved a personal record of 15:26.95 in the 5,000 meters with his performance at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed ninth in the 3,000 meters with a personal-record time of 8:41.65 at the TRACK at new balance Early Bird Invite (Dec. 7, 2024).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Placed 12th in the 1,500 meters with a season-best time of 4:08.98 at the Maine State Classic (April 20).

Indoor Highlights: Took second in the mile in 4:27.03 at the Suffolk Relays (Dec. 2, 2023).

Minor: Mathematics

Personal: 2023 graduate of Coe-Brown Northwood Academy (N.H.) where he competed in cross country and track & field ... Salutatorian. 

What is something you've changed your mind about in the last few years?
I really like waking up early to run, which would have been unthinkable to me freshman year.

What is a challenge you're glad you faced?
Going abroad!

What is something you're currently working to improve about yourself?
I’m trying to develop a more positive mindset.
