Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NESCAC Championship and placed 18th in the 5,000 meters in 15:17.37 (April 26).... Finished runner-up in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:36.52 at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Won the 3,000 meters in a personal-record time of 8:47.80 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Placed third in the 5,000 meters in 15:20.71 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Helped Bates take third in the Distance Medley Relay in 10:38.63 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invitational (Jan. 26).
2024
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Won the 5,000 meters in 15:50.50 at the Maine State Classic (April 20).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Did not compete in any indoor meets as a junior for the Bobcats.

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Set a personal record in the 5K with his time of 15:11.75 at the NESCAC Championships, good for 16th place (April 29).... Placed seventh in the 1,500 meters with a personal-record time of 4:06.13 at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Took fourth in the 5K in 15:28.65 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Placed sixth in the 5K in 15:18.85 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Took fifth in the 5K in 15:35.78 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 18).... Ran a personal-best mile of 4:33.45 at the Middlebury Small College Invite (Jan. 29).... Took eighth in the 3K in 9:33.34 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).

Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the NESCAC Championships and finished 23rd in the 10,000 meters in 34:08.55 (April 30).
Indoor Highlights: Ran a season-best 5K time of 15:12.55 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 11-12).... Ran a season-best 3K time of 8:15.19 at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 30).
Personal: 2021 graduate of Hopkinton (Mass.) High School where he competed in cross country and track and field.
