2024: Team captain.... Recipient of the Peter and Lois Doran Award for Track & Field Excellence.... Became the first Bates male athlete to earn All-America honors in cross country, indoor, and outdoor track & field in the same school year.... Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
Outdoor Highlights: Earned All-America honors by placing fifth in the 1,500 meters in 3:52.54 at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 25).... Easily earned All-Region honors as he ranked eighth in the country in the 1,500 meters during the regular season based on his school-record time of 3:45.81, achieved at the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza (May 11).... Won the NESCAC title in the 1,500 meters in 3:48.58 and took fifth in the conference in the 5,000 meters in 14:52.73 (April 27).... Placed ninth in the 800 meters in a personal-record time of 1:59.59 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).... Placed 14th in the mile in a personal-record time of 4:06.83 at the Friar Invitational (April 12).... Won the 1,500 meters in 3:50.52 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).... Won the 1,500 meters in 3:53.93 at the Black & Gold Invitational (May 29).... Won the 1,500 meters in 3:56.18 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).
Indoor Highlights: Ran the anchor leg of the Distance Medley Relay as the Bobcats took fourth place in 9:51.53 to earn All-America honors at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (March 8).... Helped the DMR team earn All-Region honors and qualify for the NCAAs in 9:52.26 at the Tufts "Last Chance" Meet (March 2).... Won the New England indoor title in the mile with his time of 4:11.18 (Feb. 25).... Broke the Bates record in the indoor 5K with his time of 14:21.13 at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 2, 2023).

Outdoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors in the 1,500 meters on the strength of his personal-record time of 3:51.92, achieved at the New England Division III Championships, the fifth fastest 1,500 meters in program history.... Helped the Bobcats win the 4x800 relay in 7:50.30 at the New England Division III Championships (May 6).... Earned All-NESCAC honors with a second-place showing in the 1,500 meters (3:56.96) at the NESCAC Championships (April 29).... Placed fourth in the 1,500 meters in 3:59.32 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Won the 1,500 meters in 3:56.79 at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Won the 5,000 meters in a personal-record time of 14:40.72 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).
Indoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors in the Distance Medley Relay, helping the Bobcats finish second at the New England Division III Championships with a time of 9:59.32, the ninth fastest time in Bates history.... Took sixth in the 3,000 meters at New Englands in a personal-record time of 8:25.53, the third fastest mark in Bates history (Feb. 24-25).... Won the 5K at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational in 14:59.44 (Feb. 18).... Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 8:14.20 and took second in the 1,000 meters in a personal-record time of 2:33.48 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Took fifth in the mile in 4:16.62 at the Middlebury Small College Invite (Jan. 29).... Won the mile in 4:20.12 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).
2022: Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Finished seventh in the 5K (14:59.30) at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Finished seventh in the 5K (14:53.24) at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Won the 1500 meters (3:59.66) at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Second a personal record in the 5K with his time of 14:45.92 at the Silfen Invitational (April 16).... Took four place with a personal record time of 3:59.18 in the 1500 meters and eighth place with his personal record time of 2:01.05 in the 800 meters at the Tufts Quad Meet (April 9).... Won the 5K at the Bates Quad Meet in 15:02.50 (April 2).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Earned All-Region honors in the distance medley relay (10:13.47), the mile run (4:13.19) and the 3,000 meters with his time of 8:25.49, the third fastest 3K in program history.... Both the DMR and 3K marks were good for fourth-place finishes at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 25-26).... Set a new PR in the mile of 4:13.19 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 11-12).... Took second in the 3K (8:38.56) and fourth in the mile (4:21.84) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).... Won the 3K in 8:36.99 and helped Bates win the distance medley relay in 10:42.35 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 22).
2021: No indoor season due to COVID-19 pandemic, did not compete during modified outdoor season.
