Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Earned All-Region honors in the 1500 meters based on his personal-record time of 3:51.57 at the MIT Final Qualifier, the seventh-fastest time in Bates history (May 14).... Placed fourth in the 800 meters with his personal-record time of 1:52.72 at the NESCAC Championship (April 25-26).... Took second in the 800 meters in 1:53.08 at the Tufts Spring Stampede (April 10-11).... Took sixth in the 800 meters in 1:52.85 at the Amherst Spring Fling (April 4).... Placed seventh in the 1,500 meters in 3:56.25 at the Emory Spring Break Classic (March 20-21).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Anchored the Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA Championships, as the Bobcats placed 11th with a time of 10:01.99 (March 13).... Placed third in the mile with a personal-record time of 4:13.67 at the Tufts "Last Chance" Meet (March 7).... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and grabbed fourth place in the 1,000 meters in a personal-record time of 2:27.45 while also helping the Bates 4x800 relay team finish in fourth with a time of 7:46.18 (March 1).... Helped the Distance Medley Relay team take eighth place in 10:18.05 at the Tufts Cupid Challenge (Feb. 13-14).... Recorded a career-best time of 8:39.55 in the 3,000 meters at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 31).... Won the 5,000 meters with a personal-record time of 15:21.49 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 17).

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed fifth in the 1,500 meters in a personal-record time of 3:56.25 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Helped Bates place eighth in the 4x400 relay in 3:55.50 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Took eighth in the 3,000 meters in 8:40.22 at the TRACK at New Balance Early Bird Invite (Dec. 7, 2024).
2024
Outdoor Highlights: Placed 10th in the 1,500 meters with a season-best time of 3:57.71 at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship (May 4).... Helped Bates win the NESCAC title in the 4x800 relay in 7:41.80 (April 27).... Placed fourth in the 1,500 meters in 3:58.94 at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Placed fifth in the 800 meters in 1:58.80 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).
Indoor Highlights: Placed fifth in the 1000 meters with a season-best time of 2:32.27 and helped the Bates 4x800 relay team take second place in 7:52.37 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 25).... Ran a season-best time of 1:56.97 in the 800 meters at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9-10).... Took second place in the 1,000 meters in 2:33.80 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Placed sixth in the 800 meters in 1:57.31 and helped the Distance Medley Relay team finish in sixth place in 10:48.62 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Took second in the mile in 4:29.22 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Placed second in the 800 meters in 1:58.90 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13)....
