2022

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Team.... Won the Al Fereshetian 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Maine State Classic in a career-best time of 10:00.24 (April 23).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at the Maine State Meet with a career-best time of 15:49.86 (Feb. 5).... Ran a career-best 3K time of 9:05.92 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 30).

2021

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Ran a career-best time of 4:20.52 in the 1500 meters at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... No indoor season due to COVID-19.

2020

Indoor Highlights: Placed third with a time of 9:41.89 in the 3,000-meter run at the Bowdoin Invitational (Feb. 22).... Placed 10th in a career-best time of 4:49.56 in the mile at the USM Invitational (Jan. 25).

2019

Outdoor Highlights: Finished seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the State of Maine Championships.

Indoor Highlights: Finished fourth in the mile (4:51.22) at the USM Invitational.
