Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships and took sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:49.08 (May 2-3).... Finished runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal-record time of 9:48.19 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Took third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:52.55 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).... Set a personal record of 15:26.02 in the 5,000 meters at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29). 

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters in 9:10.37 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Took sixth in the 3,000 meters in a personal-record time of 9:07.95 at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 15).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Placed fourth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:01.48 at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Took eighth in the 3,000 meters in 9:35.64 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Placed fifth in the 5,000 meters in a season-best time of 15:52.91 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Recorded a season-best time of 9:15.14 in the 3,000 meters at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Took eighth in the mile in 4:37.96 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).

Personal: 2023 graduate of Gonzaga College High School (Washington, D.C.) where he competed in cross country, track & field, tennis, and swimming.
