2024: Team captain.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
Outdoor Highlights: Led the way for Bates all year in the hammer throw, achieving a personal-record heave of 183-5 (55.90m) at the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza to earn All-Region honors (May 10-11).... Competed at the New England Outdoor Championship and placed fifth in the hammer throw with a top effort of 175-5 (53.47m).... Competed at the NESCAC Championship and took second in both the hammer throw, with a mark of 174-9 (53.26m) and the discus, with a personal-best toss of 145-1 (44.23m), earning All-NESCAC honors in both events (April 27).... Captured the state title in the hammer throw with a mark of 177-1 (53.98m) at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Named NESCAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week after contributing a second-place finish in the hammer (54.51m) and a fourth-place mark in the discus (43.81m) at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29-30).
Indoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors in the weight throw thanks to his personal-record toss of 57-10.25 (17.63m), which was good for second place at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 25).... Won the weight throw with a mark of 57-0 (17.37m) and placed second in the shot put at 45-5.75 (13.86m) at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).... Won the weight throw with a top effort of 57-3 (17.45m) and placed third in the shot put at 46-2 (14.07m) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Won the weight throw with a mark of 55-2 (16.81m) and took second in the shot put with a top effort of 44-10.75 (13.68m) at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Won the weight throw with a top toss of 56-6 (17.22m) at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).
2023
Outdoor Highlights: Finished fourth in the discus throw with a top effort of 134-0 (40.85m) at the NESCAC Championships (April 29).... Finished runner-up in the discus at 134-9 (41.07m) and fourth in both the shot put (42-7.5) and the hammer throw (150-9) at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Recorded a personal-record hammer throw of 157-1 (47.89m) at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Took third in the discus with a personal-record heave of 140-11 (42.96m) at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).
Indoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors

Scored in the weight throw with a seventh-place showing (52-8.25) at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 25).... Placed second in the weight throw (52-5.25) and fourth in the shot put (45-10) at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 18).... Set a personal record in the shot put with a top throw of 46-7.5 (14.21m), good for third place at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).
2022
Outdoor Highlights: Took second in the discus (127-7), fifth in the shot put (41-5.25) and sixth in the hammer throw (personal record 132-0) at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Took seventh in the discus with a personal record throw of 132-5 (40.36m) at the Silfen Invitational (April 16).
Indoor Highlights: Took four in the shot put at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 19).... Set personal records in the shot put (44-6) and the weight throw (45-7) at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 22).
2021
Outdoor Highlights: Finished fifth in the shot put (41-8.5) and the discus (115-1) at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).... Finished fifth in the shot put (41-5.75) and the discus (118-7) in collegiate debut at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).
