2025: Team captain.... Named a USTFCCCA Men's All-Academic Athlete.

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped the Bates 4x800 relay team win the NESCAC title in 7:37.37 while also achieving a personal record of 1:54.38 in the 800 meters at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Placed fourth in the 800 meters in 1:56.35 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Took seventh in the 800 meters in 1:56.46 at the Providence College Friar Invitational (April 11).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team finish sixth in 3:37.80 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Earned All-Region honors in the Distance Medley Relay from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.... Helped the DMR team place seventh in 9:58.01 at the Tufts "Last Chance" Meet (March 8).... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and helped the Bates 4x800 relay team take fourth place in 7:46.65 (Feb. 28-March 1).... Achieved a personal record in the mile with his time of 4:20.24 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14-15).... Helped Bates take third in the 4x400 relay in 3:35.77 and placed fifth individually in the 800 meters in 1:56.47 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Placed fifth in the mile in 4:27.29 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Recorded a career-best time of 1:56.01 in the 800 meters at the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza (May 10-11).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team take fifth place in 3:22.03 at the NESCAC Championships (April 27).... Placed fifth in the 800 meters in 1:56.68 at the Maine State Classic (April 20).... Placed fifth in the 800 meters in 1:58.65 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).... Helped the Bobcats finish fourth in the 4x400 relay in 3:23.83 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team finish fifth in 3:26.17 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29-30).... Took fourth in the 800 meters in 1:58.19 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Won the mile in a career-best time of 4:25.79 and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team secure first place in 3:33.06 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Won the 800 meters in 1:58.50 and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team secure first place in 3:28.86 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 7:50.30 at the New England Division III Championships (May 6).... Earned All-NESCAC Honors and helped Bates place third in the 4x800 relay at the NESCAC Championships in 7:56.86 (Apr 29).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:30.61 at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Placed third in the 800 meters in a personal-record time of 1:56.47 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Placed third in the 1,500 meters in 4:03.77 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors by helping the Distance Medley Relay team place second in New England with a time of 9:59.32, the ninth fastest mark in Bates history (Feb. 25).... Personal best in the 600m of 1:22.94, the sixth fastest 600 meters in Bates history (Feb 25).... Placed second in the 600 meters (1:24.70) and helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 8:14.20 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Won the 800 meters in 1:59.39 at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 14).

Personal: 2022 graduate of Green Canyon High School (Utah) where he competed in cross country and track & field.
