Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and placed third in the 5,000 meters in 15:54.66 (May 2-3).... Set a personal record in the 5,000 meters of 15:07.23 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and placed 13th in the 1,000 meters in a personal-record time of 2:32.81 (Feb. 28-March 1).... Won the 1,000 meters in 2:36.43 and placed third in the mile in 4:23.64 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Took fourth in the 3,000 meters in a personal-record time of 8:45.12 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Placed sixth in the 1,500 meters in a season-best time of 4:02.04 at the Maine State Classic (April 20).

Indoor Highlights: Placed 11th in the 1,000 meters in a season-best time of 2:34.21 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 25).... Finished sixth in the mile in 4:32.21 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).... Took third in the 1,000 meters in 2:36.13 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Ran a season-best time of 4:30.64 in the mile and helped the Bates Distance Medley Relay team place fourth in 10:42.79 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Placed fourth in the 1,000 meters in 2:39.30 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).

Personal: 2023 graduate of Champlain Valley Union High School (Vt.) where he competed in cross country and track and field.
