Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Set a personal record in the 1,500 meters with his time of 4:04.14 and took 10th place in the event at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Placed fourth in the 1,500 meters in 4:23.51 at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Took second in the 1,000 meters in 2:38.98 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Placed third in the 1,000 meters in 2:39.53 at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 15).... Took eighth in the 1,000 meters in 2:41.98 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed fourth in the 1,000 meters in 2:39.60 at the Colby Invitational (Feb. 17).... Took eighth in the mile in 4:36.35 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Ran a career-best 1,500 meters in 4:07.05 at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Placed eighth in the 1,500 meters in 4:11.90 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Championships and ran a personal-best in the mile, crossing the finish like in 4:25.69 (Feb. 25).... Placed fifth in the mile in 4:26.56 at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 18).... Took fifth in the 1,000 meters in 2:36.93 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).

Outdoor Highlights: Ran a season-best time of 4:12.94 in the 1500 meters at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Took eighth in the 1500 meters in 4:13.12 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Ran a season-best time of 2:04.92 in the 800 meters at the Tufts Quad Meet (April 9).
Indoor Highlights: Ran a season-best time of 4:39.40 in the mile at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 19).... Took fifth in the 800 meters in 2:05.83 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5)....
