2022

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates finish sixth in the 4x100 relay (43.31) and eighth in the 4x400 relay (3:25.81) at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Ran a career-best time of 22.93 seconds in the 200 meters, helped Bates take seventh in the 4x100 relay (43.49) and sixth in the 4x400 relay (3:23.58) at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay (3:26.99) and finish second in the 4x100 relay (43.23) at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Helped Bates win the 4x100 relay (43.09) at the Bates Quad Meet (April 2).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Earned All-Region honors in the distance medley relay.... Helped Bates finish fourth in the distance medley relay (10:13.47) and eighth in the 4x400 relay (3:29.79) at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 25-26).... Ran a career-best 60-meter dash (7.39) and finished seventh in the 200 meters (23.39) at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 18-19).... Ran a career-best 400 meters (51.76) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 11-12).... Took sixth in the 400 meters (52.70) and helped Bates place second in the 4x400 meters (3:31.98) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).... Won the 400 meters in 53.30 at the USM Invitational (Jan. 30).... Helped Bates win the distance medley relay in 10:42.35 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 22).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:43.76 at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 15).

2021

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates win the 4x100 relay (44.56) and the 4x400 relay (3:30.12) at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).... Helped Bates win the 4x100 relay in 44.67 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... No indoor season due to COVID-19.

2020

Indoor Highlights: Placed fourth with a career-best time of 24.03 seconds in the 200 meters and placed seventh in the pole vault with career-best 11' 7.75" at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Ran the 400 meters in a career-best time of 53.49 seconds at the Valentine Invitational.... Placed fifth in the 60-meter dash with a career-best time of 7.46 seconds at the Maine State Meet.... Placed 10th in the heptathlon with a career-best 3445 points at the Tufts Invitational.

2019

Outdoor Highlights: Placed ninth in the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 1:03.02 at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.

Indoor Highlights: Placed second in the heptathlon (3,442 points) to brother Liam Evans at the Bowdoin Invitational.
