Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:58.84 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Took second in the 3,000 meters in 9:06.56 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters in a personal-record time of 8:51.84 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).
2024
Outdoor Highlights: Ran track while also competing for the men's golf team....
Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and placed 13th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal-record time of 9:51.61 (May 4).... Finished third at the Black & Gold Invitational in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:58.49 (May 29).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed second in the mile in 4:28.08 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).... Placed third in the 3,000 meters in 8:54.20 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Helped the Distance Medley Relay team finish fourth with a time of 10:42.79 and took 16th individually with a career-best effort of 4:27.65 in the mile at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Placed third in the mile in 4:29.53 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Placed fourth in the mile in 4:30.34 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).
2023: First year on the track and field team.... Joined during the outdoor season.
Outdoor Highlights: Ran a season-best time of 4:15.44 in the 1,500 meters at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).
