Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Did not compete in any outdoor meets.

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed 12th in the 3,000 meters in 10:01.29 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Recorded a career-best time of 4:59.52 in the mile at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Ran a season-best time in the 5,000 meters of 16:30.65 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed 22nd in the mile in 5:01.51 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Took ninth in the 3,000 meters in 9:57.88 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Placed 35th in the 1,500 meters in 4:21.78 at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Placed 19th in the 5,000 meters in 16:25.33 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Did not compete in any indoor meets as a first-year.

Personal: 2022 graduate of Niskayuna (N.Y.) High School where he competed in cross country, track & field, and alpine skiing.
