Career: One of 89 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2023: Team captain.

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Took second in the 400-meter hurdles in 58.58 seconds and fourth in the 110-meter hurdles in 16.67 seconds at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Finished fifth in the 400-meter hurdles in 59.70 seconds and eighth in the 110-meter hurdles in 19.27 seconds at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Finished third in the 400-meter hurdles in 58.36 seconds and fourth in the 110-meter hurdles in 16.41 seconds at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the MIT Tri-Meet and placed ninth in the pole vault (10-10.25), ninth in the high jump (5-7.75), and third in the 60-meter hurdles in 9.28 seconds (Jan. 14).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Finished fifth in the decathlon with a career-best mark of 5,619 points at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Recorded career-best times in the 400 hurdles (56.88) and the 110-meter hurdles (15.92 seconds) at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Took second in the 400 hurdles (57.75 seconds), third in the 110-meter hurdles (wind-aided 15.81 seconds), and seventh in the high jump (5-7) at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Finished fifth in the decathlon (5,232 points) at the Silfen Invitational (April 15-16).... Took second in the 400 hurdles at the Tufts Quad Meet (April 9).... Won the 400 hurdles in 59.65 seconds at the Bates Quad Meet (April 2).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Finished seventh in the heptathlon (4,106 points) at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 25-26).... Finished fifth in the 60 hurdles (9.02 seconds) at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 19).... Finished fifth in the 60 hurdles (9.13) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay in 3:35.53 and took fourth in the 55-meter hurdles (8.65 seconds) at the USM Invitational (Jan. 30).... Took fourth in the heptathlon (4,117 points) at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21-22).

2021

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Won the 110-meter hurdles (wind-aided 16.50 seconds) and took fourth in the pole vault (10-11.75) at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... No season due to COVID-19.

2020

Indoor Highlights: Placed 11th in the heptathlon with a season-best 4,126 points at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 28-29).... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay (3:38.50) at the Bowdoin Invitational (Feb. 22).... Placed seventh in the 60-meter hurdles (9.10) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Helped Bates place third in the 4x400 relay (3:32.29) and took fifth with a season-best time of 9.08 seconds at the Bates-Colby-MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 11).
