Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates place fifth in the 4x100 relay in 42.16 seconds at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship (May 2-3).... Helped Bates take fourth in the 4x100 relay (42.18 seconds) and seventh in the 4x400 relay (3:19.96) at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Helped Bates place second in the 4x100 relay in 42.04 seconds at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay in 3:31.15 and took fourth in the 400 meters in 52.65 seconds at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).... Took eighth in the 100-meter dash in a personal-record time of 11.29 seconds at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational (March 22). 

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and helped Bates take sixth in the 4x400 relay in 3:18.92 (Feb. 28-March 1).... Placed third in the 60-meter dash in 7.27 seconds at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Took third in the 200 meters in 22.45 seconds and placed sixth in the 60-meter dash in 7.19 seconds at the Maine State Meet, running a personal-record time of 7.14 seconds in the prelims (Feb. 8).... Set a personal record of 22.16 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 31-Feb. 1).... Placed second in the 200-meter dash in 23.19 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:27.46 at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).... Set a personal record of 51.85 seconds in the 400 meters at the TRACK at new balance Early Bird Invite (Dec. 7, 2024). 

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Named to the NESCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.... Helped the Bates 4x100 relay team place third in 41.61 seconds at the MIT Final Qualifier (May 16).... Helped the 4x100 relay team place third in 41.78 seconds at the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza (May 11).... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and helped the 4x100 relay team finish eighth in 42.48 seconds (May 4).... Competed at the NESCAC Championships and helped the 4x100 relay team take second place to earn All-Region and All-NESCAC honors in a school-record time of 41.46 seconds, also placed fifth in the 200 meters in a season-best time of 22.29 seconds and helped the 4x400 relay team place fifth in 3:22.03 (April 27).... Helped the 4x100 relay team place second in 42.20 seconds and placed fifth in the 200 meters in 22.45 seconds at the Maine State Classic (April 20).... Took sixth in the 200 meters in 22.62 seconds at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).... Helped the 4x400 relay team finish fifth in 3:26.17 and ran a season-best time in the 100-meter dash of 11.41 seconds at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29-30).... Placed seventh in the 400 meters in 53.71 seconds and helped the Bobcats win the 4x100 relay in 43.07 seconds at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place 11th in 3:25.36 (Feb. 25).... Took sixth in the 200 meters in 23.25 seconds and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team finish in fourth place in 3:27.46 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Helped the 4x400 relay team finish sixth in 3:30.37 and ran a season-best time of 52.35 seconds at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team take first place in 3:33.06 and placed fifth individually in the 200 meters in 23.46 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Placed third in the 200 meters in 23.27 seconds at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).... Helped Bates place fourth in the 4x400 meters in 3:27.22 at the Joe Donahue Games (Dec. 8, 2023).
