Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Team.... Placed 14th in the long jump with a top effort of 20-6.25 (6.25m) at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Recorded a season-best time of 16.33 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles and took fourth place in the long jump with a mark of 21-2.75 (6.47m) at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Helped Bates take second in the 4x100 relay in 44.58 seconds and took fifth in the long jump with a top effort of 20-1 (6.12m) at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).... Placed third in the long jump with a top effort of 20-7.25 (6.28m) and helped Bates place seventh in the 4x100 relay in 43.29 seconds at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).... Placed sixth in the long jump at 21-1.5 (6.44m) and eighth in the 110-meter hurdles in 16.63 seconds at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational (March 22).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Indoor Championship and took 25th in the long jump with a top effort of 19-11.75 (6.09m) (Feb. 28-March 1).... Placed fifth in the long jump with a top effort of 20-7.25 (6.28m) at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22)..... Took fifth in the 60-meter hurdles in 9.24 seconds at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 15).... Placed fourth in the long jump with a personal-record leap of 21-8 (6.60m) and helped Bates take third in the 4x400 relay in 3:35.77 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Took fourth in the long jump with a top effort of 21-4.75 (6.52m) at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 26).... Placed second in the 60-meter hurdles with a personal-record time of 8.87 seconds and finished fourth in the long jump with a mark of 20-5.25 (6.23m) at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Helped Bates finish sixth in the 4x400 relay in 3:37.99 at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the NESCAC Championships as a rookie and recorded season-best performances in the 110-meter hurdles at 17.10 seconds and the long jump at 19-11.5 (6.08m) (April 27)..... Placed fourth in the long jump with a mark of 19-5.5 (5.93m) at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Placed seventh in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:07.01 and eighth in the 110-meter hurdles in 17.64 seconds at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).... Recorded a season-best time of 1:03.45 in the 400-meter hurdles at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).... Placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:04.31 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Finished sixth in the 60-meter hurdles in a season-best time of 9.00 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Took sixth in the 60-meter hurdles in 9.27 seconds at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team take fifth place in 3:31.22 and took sixth in the 60-meter hurdles in 9.27 seconds at the Joe Donahue Games (Dec. 8, 2023).
