Career: One of two winners (along with women's soccer's Sophie Martens) of the Milton L. Lindholm Scholar-Athlete Award, going to the varsity letter-winning athletes from a men's team and a women's team with the highest cumulative grade point averages.... One of 89 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2023: Named Second Team Academic All-America® by College Sports Communicators.... Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Earned All-Region honors in the 5,000 meters with his personal-record time of 14:34.73 at the Friar Invitational on April 14, the fifth fastest time in Bates men's outdoor track and field history..... Won the New England title in the 10,000 meters with his personal-record time of 30:32.02, the third fastest 10K in Bates history (May 5).... Placed eighth in the 5K at the NESCAC Championships in 14:40.75 (April 29).... Took third place in the 1,500 meters in 4:03.28 at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Recorded a PR of 4:02.91 in the 1,500 meters, good for ninth place at the RPI Tri Meet (April 8).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Took seventh place in the 5K with his indoor personal-record time of 14:35.08 at the New England Championships, the third fastest indoor 5K in Bates history (Feb. 24).... Placed fourth in the mile at the Maine State Meet with his personal-record time of 4:27.03 (Feb. 4).... Took seventh in the 3,000 meters with a personal-record time of 8:32.35 at the Middlebury Small College Invite (Jan. 29).

2022: Did not compete in any meets.

Indoor Highlights: Recorded a season-best time of 15:07.15 in the 5,000 meters at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 15).... Won the 5,000 meters (15:19.87) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).
