Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:48.42 (May 2-3).... Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal-record time of 9:47.37 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Took second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:50.52 and helped Bates place eighth in the 4x400 relay in 3:55.50 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).... Took sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:56.63 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Won the 600 meters in a personal-record time of 1:25.85 at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 15).... Placed sixth in the 600 meters in 1:27.64 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Recorded a personal-record time of 9:04.91 in the 3,000 meters at Middlebury's New England Small College Invitational (Jan. 26).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and placed 11th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time of 9:51.21 (May 4).... Placed 12th in the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 59.93 seconds at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).... Took fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:06.11 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29).... Took third in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:01.52 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Helped the Bates Distance Medley Relay team place fourth in 10:24.09 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 25).... Took third in the 600 meters in a season-best time of 1:25.86 at the Colby Invitational (Feb. 17).... Won the 600 meters in 1:27.53 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).... Took third in the 800 meters in 2:02.34 and helped the Bobcats win the 4x400 relay in 3:33.06 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Finished sixth in the 1,000 meters in 2:41.12 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).

Personal: 2023 graduate of W.T. Woodson High School (Va.) where he competed in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field ... State Champion in 22-23 for Cross country, Honorable Mention All-Met, 2x All-State
