2024
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed 15th in the 1,500 meters in a career-best time of 4:10.12 at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Took fifth in the 5,000 meters in 15:39.35 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Won the 3,000 meters in a career-best time of 8:50.11 at the Colby Invitational (Feb. 17).... Placed third in the 5,000 meters in 15:40.48 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).
2023
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Did not compete in any outdoor meets for the Bobcats.
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Ran the 3,000 meters at the Middlebury Small College Invitational and placed 42nd in 9:21.60 (Jan. 29).
2022
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Took second place in the 10,000 meters with a time of 33:15.00 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Ran a season-best 5K (15:23.51) at the Silfen Invitational (April 15-16).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Ran a season-best mile time of 4:34.51 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 19).... Took sixth in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 8:57.79 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).
2021
Outdoor Highlights: Finished seventh in the 1500 meters in 4:19.10 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).... Finished sixth in the 800 meters in 2:09.09 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).
