Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 7:37.37 at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Placed fifth in the 800 meters in 1:57.26 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Helped Bates place eighth in the 4x400 relay in 3:55.50 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).

Indoor Highlights: Helped the Bates Distance Medley Relay team take second place with a time of 10:04.72 at the New England Division III Indoor Championships (Feb. 28-March 1).... Set a personal record time of 1:55.79 in the 800 meters at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14-15).... Took fifth in the mile in a personal-record time of 4:21.59 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Helped Bates place third in the Distance Medley Relay in 10:38.63 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 26).... Took third in the 1,000 meters in 2:36.62 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Placed seventh in the 1,500 meters in a career-record time of 4:02.25 at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place fifth at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational in 3:30.26 (April 15).... Ran a career-best 1,500 meters (4:05.54) at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Placed sixth in the 800 meters in 2:03.97 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Placed second in the mile in a career-best time of 4:22.78 at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 18).... Took third place in the 800 meters in 1:59.76 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place second in 3:34.32 and took fifth in the 600 meters in 1:25.89 at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 14).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates place second in the 4x800 relay in 7:53.99 at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Finished sixth in the 1500 meters in 4:09.19 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Helped Bates place sixth in the 4x400 relay in 3:34.35 and ran a season-best time of 4:06.42 in the 1500 meters at the Tufts Quad Meet (April 9).

Indoor Highlights: Placed seventh in the mile in 4:24.06 and helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 8:18.60 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 19).... Ran a season-best time of 1:57.03 in the 800 meters at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 12).... Placed second in the 1000 meters (season-best 2:34.66) and helped Bates take third in the 4x800 relay in 8:31.01 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).... Helped Bates win the distance medley relay in 10:42.35 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 22).
