Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and took sixth place in the 800 meters with a personal-record time of 1:54.46 (May 2-3).... Helped Bates place seventh in the 4x400 relay in 3:19.96 at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Took third in the 800 meters in 1:55.49 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19)..... Helped Bates place fourth in the 4x400 relay in 3:33.69 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).... Took seventh in the 800 meters in 1:56.06 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and helped Bates place sixth in the 4x400 relay in 3:18.92, also took ninth in the 600 meters in a personal-record time of 1:21.59 (Feb. 28-March 1).... Finished runner-up in the 600 meters in 1:23.18 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Helped the Distance Medley Relay team grab third place in 10:38.63 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invitational (Jan. 26).... Ran a personal-record time of 2:34.67 in the 1,000 meters at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).

NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped the DMR team earn All-Region honors and qualify for the NCAAs in 9:52.26 at the Tufts "Last Chance" Meet (March 2).... Ran a personal-best 800 meters time of 1:54.80 and helped the Bates 4x800 relay team place second in 7:52.37 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 25).... Placed fourth in the 800 meters in 1:58.28 and helped the 4x800 relay team finish in second place in 8:17.95 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Placed seventh in the 800 meters in 1:57.84 and helped the DMR team finish sixth in 10:48.62 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Placed eighth in the mile in 4:32.80 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Took second place in the 1,000 meters in a personal-record time of 2:35.47 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates win the New England Division III title in the 4x800 relay in 7:50.30 (May 6).... Helped the 4x800 relay earn All-NESCAC honors, with the Bobcats taking third place in 7:56.86 at the NESCAC Championships (April 29).... Took third place in the 800 meters in 1:57.59 at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Helped Bates finish fifth in the 4x400 relay in 3:30.26 and took seventh in the 800 meters in 1:57.57 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Ran a personal-record time of 4:15.08 in the 1,500 meters, good for ninth place at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates take second in the 4x800 relay in 7:53.99 at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Finished fourth with a season-best time of 1:57 in the 800 meters at the Maine State Classic (April 23).
Indoor Highlights: Took third in the 800 meters (1:59) and helped Bates finish third in the 4x800 (8:31.01) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).... Won the 1000 meters in 2:37.72 at the USM Invitational (Jan. 30).
Personal: 2021 graduate of St, Margaret's Episcopal School (Calif.) where he competed in cross country, track and field, soccer, and surfing.
