Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Earned All-Region honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association in the 1,500 meters.... Competed in the 1,500 meters and placed seventh in 3:57.87 at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Won the 1,500 meters in a personal-record time of 3:52.33 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Helped Bates place eighth in the 4x400 relay in 3:55.50 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates place second in the Distance Medley Relay in 10:04.72 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 28-March 1).... Recorded a personal-record time of 4:13.10 in the mile at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14-15).... Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 8:09.08 and took sixth individually in the 800 meters in a personal-record time of 1:56.85 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Recorded a personal-record time of 8:37.83 in the 3,000 meters at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 31-Feb. 1).... Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters in 8:47.07 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Recorded a personal-record time of 2:33.85 in the 1,000 meters at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates win the NESCAC title in the 4x800 relay in 7:41.80 (April 27).... Took third in the 1,500 meters in a season-best time of 3:57.93 at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Placed seventh in the 5,000 meters in 15:50.78 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).... Took fifth in the 1,500 meters in 4:06.90 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Took fourth in the mile in 4:35.70 at the Colby Invitational (Feb. 17).... Finished 10th in the mile in a season-best time of 4:23.63 and helped the Distance Medley Relay team place fourth in 10:42.79 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Finished fifth in the 3,000 meters in a season-best time of 8:46.25 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Took third in the mile in 4:30.11 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).

Personal: 2023 graduate of West Morris Mendham High School (N.J.) where he competed in cross country, and indoor and outdoor track & field.
