Indoor Highlights: Earned All-America honors in the heptathlon for qualifying for the NCAA Championships before the post-season was canceled.... Earned Division III New England All-Region honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association in the heptathlon.... Ranked 15th in Division III and fourth in New England in the event, based on his career-best score of 4,861 points from the New England Division III Indoor Championships.... Placed third in the 60-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 8.68 seconds at the Maine State Meet.... NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.

Outdoor Highlights: Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Team.... Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the decathlon and recorded a personal best first-day score of 3,289 points to stand in 17th place halfway through the event before having to withdraw due to an injury suffered in the 110-meter hurdles.... Received NCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the decathlon.... Ranked third in New England and 17th in Division III overall in the decathlon, based upon his career-best score of 6,458 points at Open New Englands, good for fifth on Bates' all-time performance list.... Won the New England Division III title in the decathlon with 6,301 points.... Placed third in the triple jump at 44-11.75 at the NESCAC Championships, winning his first All-NESCAC honor for the top-three finish.... Won the 110-meter hurdles (15.91 seconds), placed second in the pole vault (13-2.25), placed third in the triple jump (43-10.5), was fifth in the high jump (6-2.75) and placed seventh in the javelin throw (career-best 159-6) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Won the decathlon (5,913 points) at the Silfen Invitational.... Finished fourth in the high jump (career-best 6-2.75) and seventh in the long jump (20-8) at the Bates, RPI, MIT, Tufts Quad Meet.
Indoor Highlights: Received USTFCCCA Division III All-Region honors in the heptathlon, ranking fourth in New England and 28th in Division III overall based on his career-best score of 4,606 points at the New England Division III Indoor Championships.... Placed second in the high jump (6-0.75) at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Placed third in the triple jump (career-best 44-2.5), fifth in the long jump (career-best 21-2.75), fifth in the high jump (5-10.75) and fifth in the 55-meter hurdles (career-best 8.22 seconds) at the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Took fourth place in the pole vault (12-11.5) at the USM Invitational.... Scored 4,535 points in the heptathlon, finishing second in Divisions II/III to Southern Maine's Charles Moody at the Bates Invitational.... Won the 60-meter hurdles in 9.06 seconds and placed second in the long jump (21-0.75) at the Bates, Colby, MIT Tri-Meet.
2018
Outdoor Highlights: Placed sixth at Open New Englands in the decathlon with a season-best 5,903 points.... Placed second in the decathlon (5699 points) at the New England Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed second in the decathlon (5,480 points) at the Silfen Invitational.
Indoor Highlights: Won the heptathlon at the Maine State Open with 4,350 points.... Finished fourth in the heptathlon with 4,313 points at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Championships.... Finished third in the pole vault (12-5.5) at the USM Invitational.
2017
Outdoor Highlights: Finished third in the decathlon against MIT, Tufts and RPI.... Placed fifth in the javelin throw (147-3) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Placed fourth in the javelin throw (157-00) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed seventh in the decathlon with 4,966 points, scoring two team points for the Bobcats and had the third-fastest time in the 110-meter hurdles portion of the event (16.91) at the New England Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Indoor Highlights: Placed second in the heptathlon at the Bates Invitational with 3,482 points.
