Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Took eighth in the 1,500 meters in 3:58.22 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Placed eighth in the 5,000 meters in 15:13.53 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 12).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Took second in the mile in 4:20.40 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Placed seventh in the mile in 4:23.92 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Took third in the 3,000 meters in 8:44.72 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).
2024: Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.

Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and helped the Bates Distance Medley Relay team take fourth place in 10:24.09 (Feb. 25).... Ran a career-best mile of 4:15.62 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9-10).... Placed second in the mile in 4:20.80 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Placed sixth in the 5,000 meters in a career-best time of 14:58.60 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Took third in the 3,000 meters in a career-best time of 8:42.97 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Won the mile in 4:26.97 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).
