Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed second in the 5,000 meters in 15:08.61 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Championships and placed 18th in the 3000 meters in 9:09.20 (Feb. 25-26).... Placed fifth in the 1000 meters in a career-best time of 2:40.75 and ran a career-best mile of 4:27.22 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).

Indoor Highlights: Earned All-America honors in the 3,000 meters for qualifying for the NCAA Championships before the post-season was canceled.... Earned Division III New England All-Region honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association in the 3,000 meters.... Rust ranked 30th in the country and fifth in New England in the 3,000, with his time of 8:30.61 achieved a the Tufts "Last Chance" Meet, which made him the seventh-fastest in team history in the event.... Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters (8:35.91) at the New England Division III Championships.... Placed second in the 5,000 meters (15:29.41) and fifth in the mile (4:31.60) at the Maine State Meet.... Ran a career-best time of 14:53.72 in the 5,000 meters at the John Thomas Terrier Classic.... NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.

Outdoor Highlights: Received NCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, ranking fifth in New England.... Finished the steeplechase in 9:29.72, good for eighth place out of 31 runners and third-best among Division III runners at Open New Englands.... Moved into sixth place on Bates' all-time performance list in the steeplechase after placing second at the New England Division III Championships with a season-best time of 9:21.11.... Took third place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:32.09, earning his first career All-NESCAC honor for the top-three finish at the NESCAC Championships.... Won the 5,000 meters (15:10.19) and placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:09.30) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Ran the 5,000 meters in a season-best 14:56.33, good for seventh place among 31 participants at the Silfen Invitational.... Placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:36.95) at the Bates, RPI, MIT, Tufts Quad Meet.
Indoor Highlights: Placed 16th in the 3,000 meters (season-best 8:49.71) at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed third in the 3,000 meters (8:52.12) at the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay (8:20.53) and placed second in the mile (4:29.25) at the Bates Invitational.
