Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Earned All-Region honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.... Won the NESCAC championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal-record time of 9:08.87 (April 26).... Set a personal record of 14:34.16 in the 5,000 meters at the Providence College Friar Invitational (April 11).... Set a personal record of 3:59.31 in the 1,500 meters at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).... Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:17.17 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and placed eighth in both the mile (4:17.59) and the 5000 meters (14:46.58) (Feb. 28-March 1).... Set a personal record of 4:16.82 in the mile at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14-15).... Won the 5,000 meters in 15:12.84 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Set a personal record of 8:46.62 in the 3,000 meters at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 31-Feb. 1).... Won the mile in 4:18.69 at the TRACK at new balance Early Bird Invite (Dec. 7, 2024).

Ran a personal-record time of 9:53.22 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, good for 10th place at the New England Division III Championships (May 6).... Ran a personal-record time of 4:10.51 in the 1,500 meters, good for 11th place at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:36.03 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Placed eighth in the 5K in 15:24.16 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Outdoor Highlights: Took second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:04.11 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Ran a season-best 1500 meters (4:13.63) at the Silfen Invitational (April 16).
Indoor Highlights: Finished fourth in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 9:11.64 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 19).... Finished sixth in the mile (4:39.66) at the USM Invitational (Jan. 30).
