Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the NESCAC Championship and placed ninth in the 800 meters in 1:54.23 (April 26).... Took fourth in the 800 meters in 1:54.99 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 12).... Won the 800 meters in 1:56.29 and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place sixth in 3:37.80 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).

Indoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors in the Distance Medley Relay from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.... Helped the Bates Distance Medley Relay team place seventh in 9:58.01 at the Tufts Final Qualifier (March 8).... Helped the Bates 4x800 relay team take fourth in 7:46.65 and took 10th in the 800 meters in a career-best time of 1:53.34 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 28-March 1).... Ran a career-best time of 4:14.75 in the mile at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14-15).... Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 8:09.08 and took fourth individually in the 800 meters in 1:55.15 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Took third in the mile in 4:23.19 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Placed eighth in the mile in 4:20.76 at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates win the NESCAC title in the 4x800 relay in 7:41.80 (April 27).... Took fourth in the 800 meters in 1:56.12 at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Ran a carer-best time of 4:16.25 in the mile at the Friar Invitational (April 12).... Placed third in the 800 meters in 1:57.94 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Took third place in the 800 meters in 2:02.05 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Placed fifth in the 1,500 meters in 3:52.50 at the New England Division III Championships, the sixth fastest time in Bates history.... Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay at New Englands in 7:50.30 (May 4-6).... Helped the 4x800 relay team earn All-NESCAC honors with a third-place showing of 7:56.86 at the NESCAC Championships (April 29).... Won the 800 meters in 1:56.61 and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:30.61 at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Placed second in the 1,500 meters in 3:58.26 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Took fifth in the 800 meters in 1:56.25 at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Finished second in the 1,500 meters in 4:02.73 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors with the Distance Medley Relay team.... Helped the Distance Medley Relay team place second at the New England Division III Championships in 9:59.32, the ninth fastest DMR in Bates History.... Placed 11th in the 800 meters in 1:54.64 at New Englands, the ninth fastest 800 meters in Bates history (Feb. 24-25).... Won the mile in a personal-record time of 4:21.09 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 18).... Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 8:14.20 and placed third in the 600 meters in 1:25.50 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Finished eighth in the mile in 4:29.13 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates place second in the 4x800 relay in 7:53.99 at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Helped Bates place sixth in the 4x800 relay in 7:59.99 and ran a season-best time of 1:55.92 in the 800 meters at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Placed third in the 800 meters (1:56.02) and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:26.99 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Won the 800 meters in 2:00.07 and helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay in 3:33.05 at the Bates Quad Meet (April 2).

Placed eighth in the 1000 meters in 2:34.65 and helped Bates place fourth in the distance medley relay in 10:13.47 at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 25-26).... Placed second in the 800 meters (1:57.91) and helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 8:18.60 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 18-19).... Ran a season-best time in the 1000 meters of 2:31.90 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 11-12).... Helped Bates win the distance medley relay in 10:42.35 and placed fourth in the 600 meters (1:25.39) at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 22).... Placed second in the 800 meters in 2:00.57 at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 15).
