Kayleigh Fournier was named the Bates College Assistant A.D. for Administration on July 31, 2023. In 2024, she transitioned to a new role at Bates as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Fournier joined the Bobcats after serving as Associate Strength & Conditioning Coach at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. Kayleigh had previously served as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach from 2013-19 for the Big Green before moving on to New York University for three years as Director of Strength & Conditioning.
Kayleigh earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance from Florida Gulf Coast University before achieving a Master of Science (Physical Education: Strength & Conditioning) from Bridgewater (Mass.) State University.
Fournier is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is also a certified level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach, reflexive performance reset coach, and functional movement screen coach.
