2024-25: Named an ITA Scholar-Athlete.... Went 1-1 in singles play as a rookie for the Bobcats.... Defeated his opponent from Southern Maine by a count of 6-2, 6-1 at No. 5 singles to help Bates defeat the Huskies 7-0 (March 1).
Personal: 2024 graduate of Bellevue (Wash.) High School where he competed in tennis and lacrosse.
What does leadership mean to you?
Someone who can keep their head held high in both good times and bad.
What’s a failure or setback that taught you something valuable?
When I got injured, I rushed my recovery because I wanted to get back to playing as soon as possible. That experience taught me that true healing takes time—not just physically, but also mentally and spiritually.
What’s a value or principle you try to live by?
Easy come, easy go.
What’s something about you that might surprise people?
I like to hike.
