2023-24: Team captain.... Earned Second Team All-NESCAC honors in doubles....Went 8-7 in doubles play and 2-11 in singles action as a senior.... Teamed with Theo Sardain '26 all season at No. 1 doubles.... Earned an 8-5 win over a duo from Skidmore College at the ITA New England Championship (Sept. 16).... Started the spring season strong with a 7-6 (7-3) win at No. 1 doubles over a team from NCAA Division II program Florida Southern College (Feb. 22).... Notched an 8-3 win over the No. 1 doubles team from MIT (March 3).... Went on a three-match winning streak with Sardain, earning an 8-5 win over opponents from Nichols (March 17), an 8-2 win over a duo from Vassar (March 20), and an 8-3 win over the top team from Conn. College (March 22).... Picked up an 8-3 win over the No. 1 doubles team from Endicott (April 23).... Gujarathi and Sardain saved their best for last with an impressive 8-6 win over the top doubles team from NESCAC foe Amherst (April 27).... Gujarathi also played at No. 1 singles all season, picking up a 6-4, 6-4 win over his opponent from Vassar (March 20) and a 6-3, 6-0 win over his opponent from Connecticut College (March 22).
2022-23: Earned Second Team All-NESCAC honors in doubles.... Went 12-13 in doubles play and 12-12 in singles action as a junior.... Teamed with Cam Davis-Kania '23 all season at No. 1 doubles.... During one stretch in the spring, the duo won six out of eight matches, including victories over opponents from No. 31 MIT, No. 30 Skidmore, No. 18 Wesleyan, and No. 12 Bowdoin.... Their 8-7 (7-4) win against the Polar Bear team of Tristan Bradley and Reid Staples was particularly impressive, as Bradley was named the NESCAC Player of the Year.... On March 5th, Gujarathi and Davis-Kania picked up their signature win of the campaign, defeating the First Team All-NESCAC duo of Derin Acaroglu and Vuk Vuksanovic from No. 4 nationally ranked Tufts by a count of 8-6.... Played all season at No. 2 singles.... Advanced to the quarterfinals of the Middlebury Invitational and the round of 16 of the ITA New England Championship in the fall.... Earned a come-from-behind 4-6, 7-6 (7-4), 6-1 victory over his opponent from NCAA Division school Saint Michael's College (Oct. 15).... Finished the year strong, winning seven of his final 11 singles matches.... Earned a 6-3, 5-7. 6-2 victory over opponent from No. 4 Middlebury (March 12).... Followed that up with a 7-6 (7-4), 4-6, 6-2 win to help Bates beat MIT 6-3 (March 17).... Earned a 6-2, 6-4 win over opponent from Hamilton in an 8-1 victory for Bates (April 1).... Finished the regular season with four consecutive wins over NESCAC opponents No. 18 Wesleyan, No. 12 Bowdoin, Connecticut College, and Trinity, respectively.
2021-22: Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Team.... Posted a record of 7-13 record in doubles and a 6-15 mark in singles as a sophomore for the Bobcats.... Top victories in doubles play included back-to-back victories over rivals No. 24 Colby and No. 9 Bowdoin.... Teamed with Nick Forester '23 to win 8-2 at No. 1 doubles against the Mules (April 16) and with Matthew Danielson '24 for an 8-1 (7-1) win at No. 1 doubles against the the Polar Bears (April 27).... Won 6-4, 4-6, 10-5 at No. 3 singles against opponent from No. 7 Williams (March 12).... Rallied to beat Bowdoin's top singles player 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 (8-6) for his signature win of the season (April 27).
2020-21: Went 3-1 in doubles and 3-1 in singles as a rookie in an abbreviated season for the Bobcats.... Picked up a 6-3, 6-1 win at No 3 singles in collegiate debut, a 6-3 victory for Bates over Trinity (April 18).... Teamed with Alex Kennedy '21 to pick up an 8-6 win at No. 3 doubles against No. 18 Tufts (April 24).... Won 8-6 with Kennedy at No. 2 doubles and prevailed 6-0, 6-1 at No. 3 singles in a 9-0 victory for the Bobcats over Connecticut College (April 25).... Teamed with Kennedy to win 8-3 at No. 2 doubles and earned a 7-5, 7-6 (7-4) win at No. 3 singles against Colby (May 2).
