Biography

Career: One of 92 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2023-24: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Named to the NESCAC Winter All-Sportsmanship Team.... Went 3-16 while playing mostly at the No. 8 position as a senior for the Bobcats.... Rallied to win 3-1 (2-11, 11-4, 11-1, 13-11) at No. 8 over his opponent from Hobart (Jan. 9).... Swept his opponent from Connecticut College at No. 7 by a count of 3-0 (11-7, 11-2, 11-4) in a 5-4 victory for the Bobcats (Jan. 26).... Earned a 3-1 (11-3, 11-2, 8-11, 11-4) win at No. 8 in a 7-2 Bates victory over Denison at CSA Team Nationals (Feb. 17).

2022-23: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Earned a spot in the starting lineup against Connecticut College and won 3-0 at No. 9 in an 8-1 victory for Bates (Dec. 3).

2021-22: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Did not compete in the starting lineup as a sophomore.

2020-21: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Personal: 2020 graduate of Berkshire School (Mass.) where he competed in squash and cross country.
