Jairaj Singh '23 was named Associate Head Coach of the Bates College men's and women's squash programs in January 2024.
A former captain for the Bobcats, Singh helped lead his alma mater to an 11-8 overall record in 2022-23, a season Bates finished as the #22-ranked team in the men's squash national rankings. A native of India, Singh consistently ranked in the nation's top-15 throughout his junior squash career, peaking at #7.
Earning a Bachelor of Arts as a psychology major (minor in religious studies with a concentration in law & society), Singh also served as the community liaison for the South Asian Students Association at Bates.
