Rowed in the fifth seat of the first varsity eight as the Bobcats out-raced Colby and took fifth place in their grand final at the National Invitational Rowing Championship (May 10).... Rowed in the fifth seat of the first varsity eight as the Bobcats won their petite final at the New England Rowing Championship (May 2).

Personal: 2025 graduate of Cambridge Rindge and Latin School (Mass.) where he competed in rowing, lacrosse, track & field, and basketball.

What does leadership mean to you?
It means that you have the trust of the people around you to make decisions and actions which will benefit them all.

What experience—big or small—has made a surprising impact on you?
Having an older brother who I can learn from and compete with.

What’s a failure or setback that taught you something valuable?
Recovering from a knee surgery taught me consistency will beat grit.
