What experience—big or small—has made a surprising impact on you?
My high school held assemblies where classmates would have the opportunity to present a reflection on an important event in their lives. This created a greater sense of community where we became more vulnerable in front of each other and closer-knit overall.

I live by Wayne Gretzky’s quote “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
