Career: One of 92 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2023: Team captain.... Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA East Region Cross Country Championships and placed 26th with a time of 25:35.7 (Nov. 11).... Placed 29th in 26:20.7 at the NESCAC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 28).... Placed fifth in 26:05.2 at the Maine State Meet, earning All-State honors (Sept. 30).... Took fifth in 26:18.8 at the Bates Invitational (Sept. 16).

2022: Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA Championships and placed fifth on the team and 255th overall in 27:14.3 (Nov. 19).... Placed 15th at the NCAA East Regional in 25:48.1 (Nov. 12).... Ran a career-best 8K time of 24:56.0 and took 22nd at the NESCAC Championship (Oct. 29).... Placed fifth at the Maine State Meet in 25:02 (Oct. 1).... Finished in third place at the Bates Invitational in 25:43.2 (Sept. 17).

2021: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA Championships and placed 275th with a season-best time of 26:26.4 (Nov. 20).

2020: No season due to COVID-19.

Personal: 2017 graduate of St. Patrick's High School (Kenya) where he competed in track & field and hockey.
