Career: One of 92 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2023: Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Named to the NESCAC Fall All-Sportsmanship Team.... Competed at the NCAA Division III East Regional Championship and placed 19th with a time of 25:18.5. (Nov. 11).... Placed 35th in 26:32.8 at the NESCAC Cross Country Championship (Oct. 28).... Placed 33rd with a season-best time of 25:15.4 at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 14).... Took fourth at the Maine State Meet in 25:52.4, earning All-State honors (Sept. 30).... Finished eighth in 26:32.9 at the Bates Invitational (Sept. 16).

Competed at the NCAA Championships and placed fourth on the team and 217th overall with a time of 26:48.0 (Nov. 19).... Finished in 26th place at the NCAA East Regional in 26:20.9 (Nov. 12).... Placed 10th at the Maine State Meet in a season-best 8K time of 25:45.2 (Oct. 1).

2021: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA Championships and placed third on the team and 184th overall with a season-best time of 25:21.4 (Nov. 20).... Continued his outstanding rookie season, finishing second for Bates and 22nd overall in 26:32.6 at the NCAA Division III East Regional Championships (Nov. 13).... Finished third on the team and 31st overall with a time of 26:25.9 at the NESCAC Championships (Oct. 31).... Took home All-State honors with a fifth-place showing at the Maine State Meet, helping the Bobcats take home the title (Oct. 2).

2020: No season due to COVID-19.

Personal: 2020 graduate of Harriton High School where he competed in cross country and track & field.
