2022: Team captain.... Named to the NESCAC Fall All-Sportsmanship team.... Competed at the NCAA Championships and led the way for the Bobcats, placing 59th overall in 25:49.5 (Nov. 19).... Led the way for Bates at the NCAA East Regional, despite running with one shoe, taking 11th in 25:39 (Nov. 12).... Placed 16th at the NESCAC Championships in a personal-best 8K time of 24:44.4 (Oct. 29).... Earned All-State honors by taking fourth place in 24:54.6 at the Maine State Meet (Oct. 1).

2021: Finished second for Bates, 178th overall, in a career-best time of 25:18.0 at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 20).... Placed 30th in 26:56 at the NCAA East Regionals (Nov. 13) and 59th in 26:55.5 at the NESCAC Championships (Oct. 31).... Earned All-State honors with a sixth-place finish in 26:13.9 at the Maine State Meet (Oct. 2).

2020: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019: Ran a season-best time of 26:25.5 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble (Oct. 19).... Finished 14th out of 76 runners with a time of 26:44.2 at the Bates Invitational (Sept. 14).

Minor: Mathematics

Personal: 2019 graduate of Staples High School (Conn.) where he competed in cross country, track & field, skiing, and lacrosse.
