Results

2025:
Team captain.... Named to the NESCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-East Region honors by placing 30th out of 216 runners at the NCAA Division III East Region Cross Country Championships with a personal-record 8K time of 25:32.0 (Nov. 15).... Placed 54th out of 159 runners in 25:50.3 at the NESCAC Championship (Nov. 1).... Finished 115th out of 264 runners in the "Blue Race" at the Connecticut College Invitational with a time of 25:46.9 (Oct. 18).... Took 112th place out of 407 runners with a time of 25:51.5 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 3).... Finished 27th out of 143 runners in 27:01.9 at the Maine State Meet (Sept. 20).

2024: Competed at the NCAA Division III East Region Cross Country Championships and placed 47th in 26:16 (Nov. 16).... Also placed 47th at the NESCAC Cross Country Championships, recording a season-best 8K time of 25:54.9 (Nov. 2).... Placed 12th in the CBBT Opener with a 6K time of 19:24.8 (Sept. 7).

2023: Competed at the NESCAC Cross Country Championships and placed 80th in 27:38.4 (Oct. 28).... Took 33rd at the Connecticut College Invitational with a season-best time of 26:47.4 (Oct. 14).

2022: Did not compete in any cross country meets as a rookie for the Bobcats.

Personal: Attended both Milton High School and Thayer Academy (Mass.) ... Class of 2022 ... completed in cross country, track & field, and basketball ... Athletic Excellence Achievement ... MVP Award ...  All-Independent School League (ISL) ... New England Prep School Track Association (NEPSTA) Champion.

My sister being born. Realized there is commitment bigger than I am.

Freshman year knee injury. It taught me resilience and perseverance.
