2025: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NESCAC Cross Country Championships and placed 52nd with a career-best time of 25:50.0 (Nov. 1).... Took 26th with a time of 25:55.4 at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 18).... Placed 164th with a time of 25:54.5 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 3).... Finished 21st at the Maine State Meet with a time of 26:47.9 (Sept. 20).

2024: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NESCAC Cross Country Championships and placed 102nd with a time of 26:58.6 (Nov. 2).... Took 31st with a season-best 8K time of 26:14.2 at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 19).

2023: Competed at the NESCAC Cross Country Championships and placed 85th with a time of 27:50.8 (Oct. 28).... Took 25th with a season-best time of 26:40.6 at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 14).

Personal: 2023 graduate of W.T. Woodson High School (Va.) where he competed in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field ... State Champion in 22-23 for Cross country, Honorable Mention All-Met, 2x All-State.
