Career: One of 90 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2024: Team captain.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Named to the NESCAC Fall All-Sportsmanship Team.... Competed as an individual and finished in 104th place out of 294 competitors at the NCAA Championships, held at LaVern Gibson Championship Course (Nov. 23).... Qualified for NCAAs on the strength of his performance at the NCAA East Regional Championship, where he earned All-Region honors and took ninth place out of 228 runners with a time of 25:01.3 in the 8K race (Nov. 16).... Placed 18th at the NESCAC Championships with a time of 25:17.4 (Nov. 2).... Took 29th with a career-best 8K time of 24:51.2 at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 19).... Earned All-State honors by placing fourth at the Maine State Championship (Sept. 21).

2023: Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honor.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA East Regional Championships and placed 25th with a season-best time of 25:33.7 (Nov. 11).... Competed at the NESCAC Championships and placed 49th in 26:52.5 (Oct. 28).

2022: Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA Championships and placed sixth on the team and 256th overall in 27:14.9 (Nov. 19).... Took 37th at the NCAA East Regional in 26:49.8 (Nov. 12).... Ran a career-best time of 25:51.6 and placed 58th at the NESCAC Championship (Oct. 29).

2021: Placed fourth out of 37 runners at the Bowdoin Invitational in a season-best time of 27:06.3 (Oct. 23).... Took second place out of 43 runners at the Runnin' Monks Invitational with a time of 28:10 (Oct. 9).

Minor: Mathematics

Personal: 2021 graduate of Tabor Academy (Mass.) where he also competed in, XC, baseball, and squash.
